What We Offer

Certified Safety Training Built for the Real World

AIT provides practical, industry-recognized safety training and certification programs designed to keep workers safe and businesses compliant. Our courses are led by experienced instructors and tailored to meet OSHA and industry standards.

OSHA 10 & 30 Training

Our OSHA-authorized 10 and 30-hour training programs are designed to give workers and supervisors a deep understanding of workplace safety standards. The OSHA 10 course is ideal for entry-level workers and covers essential topics like hazard recognition, prevention, and workers' rights. The OSHA 30 course, on the other hand, is geared toward supervisors and covers a broader range of subjects including risk management, health programs, and more in-depth regulatory guidelines. Both options help ensure your team understands how to prevent accidents, comply with safety laws, and create a culture of accountability on the job site.

Forklift Certification

AIT’s forklift certification course provides hands-on instruction and practical skills needed to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Participants will learn how to inspect, maintain, and maneuver different types of powered industrial trucks in real-world environments. Our program emphasizes hazard awareness, load handling, and operational best practices in accordance with OSHA standards. Upon successful completion, students receive a valid certification that meets employer and regulatory requirements — helping them stay safe and job-ready.

Confined Space Entry

Working in confined spaces comes with unique and serious risks, which is why proper training is critical. AIT’s Confined Space Entry course covers everything from identifying permit-required spaces to using atmospheric testing equipment, ventilation, and rescue procedures. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to enter, work in, and exit confined spaces safely, with a strong focus on teamwork, emergency response, and OSHA compliance. This course is ideal for workers in construction, utilities, maintenance, and industrial sectors.

Fall Protection

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury on job sites, but they’re also one of the most preventable. Our Fall Protection training equips workers with the knowledge to recognize fall hazards and use proper fall arrest systems, guardrails, harnesses, and ladders. Students will learn both theory and hands-on practices, including how to inspect and maintain equipment. AIT ensures every trainee understands how to protect themselves and others while working at heights — a vital skill in construction, roofing, and elevated industrial work.

CPR & First Aid

In emergencies, every second counts — and AIT’s CPR & First Aid training empowers participants with the skills to act quickly and effectively. This course covers adult and child CPR, AED use, choking response, and basic first aid practices for treating wounds, burns, sprains, and other common workplace injuries. Designed for both individuals and employers, our training meets American Heart Association guidelines and can be tailored to meet job-specific health and safety requirements. Certification is issued the same day and remains valid for two years.

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Lockout/Tagout procedures are essential to keeping workers safe during the servicing and maintenance of machines and equipment. AIT’s LOTO course teaches participants how to properly control hazardous energy sources, perform shut-down procedures, and comply with OSHA’s Control of Hazardous Energy standard. Students will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in using locks, tags, and verification techniques. This training helps prevent accidental start-ups and ensures your maintenance team works safely and confidently around energized equipment.
